On August 17, 2022, The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) in Bahrain approved the frequency bands 5470-5725 MHz and 5925-6425 MHz for Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E applications. These new features will allow internet users to enjoy the full capabilities of both fiber and 5G services in Bahrain.
