On February 16, 2023, the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones of Mexico (IFT) has classified Wi-Fi 6E band as free spectrum with frequency range of 5925-6425MHz. In due course, no additional license or concession is required for using the 5925-6425 MHz frequency band.
