On May 24, 2023, Argentina's Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) issued Resolución 756/2023 with main points as below:

1. 5925-7125 MHz frequency band is allocated for devices that use Wi-Fi 6E technology;

2. The frequency band is restricted to indoor use only, and Maximum Power for Access Points (APs) or Subordinate Devices (SDs) are 30 dBm EIRP and EIRP spectral density of 5 dBm/MHz;

3. Devices using this frequency with maximum Power of 24 dBm EIRP and EIRP spectral density of -1 dBm/MHz are prohibited from being operated in vehicles (including cars, trains, boats and planes), with the exception of aircrafts when flying over 10,000 feet.
